First, unless you don’t care about the stock price, you shouldn’t suggest I liquidate, or at least you should suggest that I do it slowly as I have enough shares to cause one hell of a drop. Second, if you think pointing out when the CEO and the CFO are acting as though they are unaware that their numbers, particularly new streams and capital deployment, are horrible before, during, and after the stock drop is “whining” then you ask little of people you entrust with you money. Good luck with that.

I still believe in Input Capital’s potential as an investment. But I have and will continue to have expectations of the company and its executives. And executives who intelligently and sincerely acknowledge problems and mistakes and who offer a coherent plan to address them bring confidence. Those who avoid problems and issues do not.
