This is what I recommend Doug and Brad do ASSUMING they canI recommend Doug and Brad take the following actions and make the following comments ASSUMING Input’s finances and situation would allow them to. It would provide much confidence to not only the investment community but also to the farming community. If Input’s finances and situation would not allow them to then I would be concerned.

1) Mortgage stream growth remains strong and continues to become the dominant product for the company. Thus far we have deployed $x in y mortgage streams.

2) The company believed INP offered great value before the recent drop and represents even more value today. Thus far Input has purchased x number of shares of the authorized 6,578,683 shares at an average price of $x per share. Effective immediately Input is doubling the buyback.

3) There have been recent legal developments receiving a lot of attention and comments. To be clear, in total those in legal proceedings with Input represent x streams and $y in capital. Contracts for these streams were written between the dates of x and y. We are confident Input will prevail in court.

4) Input is very sound financially. The company has x in cash, y in debt, and a book value of z.
