Weather has hindered what started out as an early harvest
Weather has hindered what started out as an early harvest August’s weather allowed many western Canadian farmers a very early jump on this year’s harvest. September weather changed all that. While a lot of the harvest was completed in August there is still much to be done. The rest of September doesn’t look good. Hopefully October cooperates with farmers. Input should still see strong revenue this quarter, although more of the revenue will now be pushed into next quarter.
