As I stated back in May, there will be little news until Feb

As I stated back in May, there will be little news until FebDue to the cyclical nature of farming there will be little news or results to tell the story of Input’s growth story until February, when the year end quarter results are announced. Use this time to slowly accumulate shares at these prices. Buying a stock below book value with a 4% dividend offers a great opportunity.

I will not be happy if I see additional heavy selling from insiders, read that the stock buyback is soft, see large stock options given to insiders as the stock price suffers, or read where management blames anything to poor harvest weather.

Remember Input BOD and top executives, your fiduciary duty to shareholders require you to protect shareholders interest even above your own. So be EXTREMELY stingy with new stock options until the share price appreciates notably.
