RE:RE:RE:My guess Input will retire around 500K shares this monthjinbu, I welcome the options expiring worthless. The people who received them didn’t get the job done when it comes to appreciating the stock price. Just the opposite has occurred. And if Input starts handing out new stock options like candy then that would be a very concerning and unfortunate move. But if they are handed out then the strike price needs to be closer to $1.84, not $0.84. There needs to be an expectation of reward for strong performance, not for mediocre performance.

Of course the stock market can be a fickle and inconsistent place. But Input hasn’t exactly been out there as it has in the past in trying to reach out to the investment community. I’m not that concerned with this aspect as long as it grows the business. But as long as shares are depressed there should no be large issuances of stock or options. Fiduciary duty to shareholders always comes first.
