The problem is that we are racing against time. Now is prime time for mortgage deployment, but mangagement has no dry powder left. If they fail to secure more access to credit in the next couple of months they miss the boat for this year's deployment season. Then the only possible catalyst left until next year is a buyout or some other strategic transaction.
