Hope share price stays low through Dutch auction

Hope share price stays low through Dutch auctionNow that I know Input is serious about retiring a significant amount of stock I hope the share price stays low through the Dutch auction. Retiring over 20 million shares would drive the book value above $1.30 per share, allowing the share price plenty of room to appreciate in the near future. If the share price remains at these levels then Input has plenty of capital to implement another $15 million Dutch auction. Announcing it with quarterly results in August would be perfect timing imo. A subsequent $15 million Dutch auction could drive the book value to above $1.50 per share if share prices stayed at current levels and was fully utilized. But if the share price does approach the book value later this year then Id recommend a special dividend or an increase in the dividend. This would be the ideal way to protect shareholders best interests.
