Allan, you really shouldn’t try to create drama when there isn’t any. BIG letters emphasizing the change of an auditor is going somewhere you probably don’t want to unless you have some inside knowledge. If you have inside knowledge then please do tell. 

Input told us the reason for the change in auditors. They asked them to resign as it would save Input money. Input is cutting costs and overhead as it has greatly simplified its business model. A simplified business model certainly requires less extensive auditing, thereby demanding a lower price.
