I expect China to resolve canola dispute soonChina was facing difficult food inflation before coronavirus. China will face incredibly high food inflation after the coronavirus pandemic. Add to it the farming difficulties from Australian fires and locusts in Africa/Middle East and canola prices face encouraging tailwinds.
China will likely find a way a way to save face and begin taking canola aggressively in 2020. And Canada has established other canola outlets that will further help with demand. This is good for the Canadian canola industry and great for Input.
