RE: Ouch!!Why didnt you just sell at a profit the other day and stay out?  No, you bought back in at a higher price and now you are whining about it.

You buy hi and sell lo.  You have been in the market for years and should know better by now.  Maybe you should buy an ETF with help from a broker, because obviously you still have no idea what to do.
