please help me out here

does anyone know if from private placement released jan.14th, expiring on this friday the 13th of may, can those involved in the private placement exercise their warrants at a price of .13 only after 13th may or were they able to do so at anytime after pp up until jan.12 2013.
the second thing im wondering about is around 12.4 mil sha...res were issued in this pp then that gives them entitlement to another around 12.4 mil shares at .13. which correct me please if wrong they can do whatever they wish with these new exercised warrant shares. Also i should do my own investigation but was their a repricing done on these warrants or left at .13.
