Ortsbo comparison to TripAdvisor & Yelp

TripAdvisor over 40M unique monthly users, IPO pegs value at $4 BILLION

Yelp at 61M unique monthly users, IPO pegs value at $2 BILLION

Ortsbo 40M unique monthly users (not counting any mobile metrics) , current valuation of 150 million (this assumes
value for KNCTR, Itibiti, AdTaffy, Deal Frenzy, Magnum , and $20M cash in bank) .

Looks to me like Ortsbo is being grossly and severely undervalued by the market, IMHO.
