Do I want to see the value of Ortsbo maximized if a spin-out occurs later this year? yes.
But, puleez, the current enterprise value of Ortsbo that some of you are suggesting are ridiculous in my opinion. $2B ? $1.5B ? $1B ?

I would be tickled if the company announces that with the spin-off the 'enterprise' (whole value) of Ortsbo would be something like $500-$600M . WHOLE value , that means the part that is spun off plus the part that remains with INT. I would be tickled , estactic, very very happy if it is worth that much. I hope it is. Yes more would be nice, but I don't see it. I would like to be surprised though.
Remember, $210M was a min valuation. Getting to $500M suddenly is a 150% jump.
Lets be realistic people.
Once again, i would love to be proven wrong and blown away.
