Say 10 million for 350 million total shares. That's 1:350. My number is better so use it. 1:326. So this way
10000 shares of int worth 5800. You get 30 ortsbo worth "2100". Your net is 3700 or you int shares. Now int must drop 35% minimum with the lost spinout value
