RE: Reelnorth: Spin-out question no matter how one spins it the math just does not add up
int has over 300 million shares outstanding.. presently worth 51 cents or about 150million $ market cap..
after the spin out int will have 20,000,00 shares of Ortzbo (worth they say @ 7.00 each) or 140,000,000 $ worth (minimum)
so the rest of int is only worth 10,000,000 or so.... or the ortzbo share will not start out at 7.00
so let us assume that int will not be willing to sell any of its 20,000,000 shares (yet)
And the 9,000,000 shares "given" to the shareholders are only paretially for sale (lucatch and family will be holding quite a few) i am going to hang on to mine and wait and see.. (still a bag holder)
so where will the trading shares come from.. 500,000 go to the shell company for being so nice to us.
they will probably dump them pretty fast.. then what??
the cost of having a part ownership in ortzbo could get pretty expensive in a very short period of time.
let us assume that ortz gets 200,000,000 active users out of the 5 billion people with mobile phones (not unrealistic)
and somehow the boys value these users @ 20.00 each (also not unrealistic)
then our 9,000,000 shares are worth 133.33 each
and int's 20,000,000 shares are worth 133.33 each .. so int will be worth 8.86 just for their ortzbo holdings.. (unless they sell them off at a lower price)
what do you guys think of that?? comments please?
