Revenue is the next stage of "the plan" The third quarter of the 2012 Fiscal year showed continuous growth of two core products that completed the Company’s commercialization programs.
Both Ad Taffy and Ortsbo continued their commercialization with each deriving revenues through direct to brand and advertising supported initiatives, while the itiBiti division continues to build out its house brand - “KNCTR”® (pronounced “connector”) - and leveraging relationships for its white label platforms providing the Company with the ability to leverage long-term revenue based opportunities.
During the second quarter of Fiscal 2012, the Company completed the strategic acquisition of SaaS Technologies Inc. (“SaaS”), securing the underlying technology of the Ortsbo product offering.
This acquisition follows the two strategic acquisitions completed late in Fiscal 2011, the first being the acquisition of assets of Deal Frenzy Inc. (“Deal Frenzy”), a web-based group buying firm, that should allow the Company to more effectively gain margin within the group buying sector as well as leverage its promotional distribution through the Company’s existing assets, and the second being Commobility Inc. whose technology and expertise is focused within the mobile development market and adds key development resources for the Company as it continues to focus on growing out its product portfolios specifically in the mobile space.
People who read these boards aren't stupid, they know the "bashers" have an agenda, they also must know about the great potential of this company, or the longs posts wouldn't be receiving hundreds of reads.
Look at the acquisitions, the partnerships and the ever growing stable of products and services...they've built the company to the point where they are now prepared to go after revenue...and obviously the U.S. investment banks and global partners believe they can do it....hence the encouragement to list both INT and ORTSBO in the U.S......let's face it, as even the bashers have pointed out......when's the last time you saw that happen to a venture stock?
