RE: Blood in the water... how i look at it is that some of the initial selling was definetly based on some sort of transaction. Whether that be private placement shares dilution, or something in regards to the spinoff, it was obvious that someone wanted to sell some shares. Now alot of the shares being sold i think are on fear and concern as to what is happening, and not knowing where the bottom might be. As a disciplined investor, i don't fall to panic scares, and just liquidate on the unknown. The company might indeed be an bad shape in some way, but i am not going to jump conclusions without getting some news from the company. Thus i hold and wait, but the company does have to take some of action soon, otherwise they might just scare off the whole investor community.
