No news has been officially sent out from the company as of yet advising of anything news with the spinoff process. As a result, as far as the general investment community knows, we are still waiting for regulatory approval for the RTO at the moment, and that is all we know at this time. Everything else in regards to the RTO being cancelled, or an independent IPO being sought on a US exchange now is pure speculation at the moment.
