you have not missed anyting in terms of news yet. Still waiting for the company to release some sort of clarification as to what is causing the price drop on good volume. In the interim, alot of panic selling, shorting, stop losses being hit, and prudent locking of profits on the unknown is happening.

Speculation is that the maxim group client private placement might be the cause of this drop as it was suppose to close in or around mid july 2012, but this is purely speculation. WIll have to wait for the company to release news before we know more
