you are right boxcarwillie, there is a short window here to get the cash to make an offer if that is there intention. But like i said, their track record speaks for itself. Everytime they have needed to get financing from the market, they have been able to without issue

The question though obviously is that if they choose to do it through another pp, at what price will it be, and how much futher will it dilute the shares. It might be that due to this potential dilution of shares, it might not be worth it to buy out lexifone. Only the company can answer that.

But my point still remains, i think the company will be able to get financing if they choose to go that route
