what's worse sizzlin is that the debenture also carries an interest rate payable of 12 % per annum, paid bi-monthly and run for a term of 2 years, and secured against the assets of the company. i can't say i am too happy at all with this news.

I certainly hope management has something else to offer on top of this news, otherwise i can't see us keeping these gains today for long
