Why did INT take down post???

Why did INT take down post???

On April 2, INT posted their latest NR, Intertainment Media Provides Update on Proposed Ortsbo Spin Out and Special Meeting Date, on their FB page.  A few people responded with mostly sarcastic comments below it.  In my comment I asked David to reconcile what he said at the AGM about the Ortsbo spinout and related paperwork being filed and what he communicated in the latest NR (essentially that they are still evaluating various listing options).  It turns out INT removed the entire post (their original post and all the subsequent user comments.  Can someone explain why they would do that?
