The Oxycontin drug applicatin was denied by the FDA this afternoon.

I could have sold shares yesterday and made a nice profit but I decided to go all the way and wait for the FDA decision, it was a pure Vegas-like gamble which didn't pay off but if I sold it to some poor slob I would have felt bad and this way nobody gets hurt, I'll make money on something else next time hopefully, ha

the info about AdCom rejecting the drug comes mainly from the Stocktwits, nothing official yet but those guys know everything

only because the AdCom rejected it doesn't mean FDA will do the same, there is a big pressure in the US to do something about the opioid crisis and IPCI has the best solution for that so far. Also nothing prevents other countries like China buying this contraption
