RE:RE:Powerful New CEO!!

RE:RE:Powerful New CEO!!dalesio_98: You obviously got burned by Nemaska 1.0. Tell me you haven't made errors in life that you still regret? The important lesson here is that you learn from it and move on.

I know Guy well both personally and professionally. He was and still is good at what he does. Not many mining professionals can profess to have brought a mining venture to near -production and raise $1.5 billion in doing so, particularly in a period where lithium use and potential was little understood or appreciated by investors. Any failure in a project is a TEAM FAILURE! Unfortunately, the CEO takes the fall for any misgivings by his team members. Guy is a great admistrator but not an operations expert. He relied entirely what his engineers told him about a working process to recover lithium from his ore that worked. He wasn't in a position, technically, to dispute what he was being told! Unfortunately, he was led down the garden path that caused to the ultimate failure of the project.

Given this, you should cut the man a bit of slack. Everyone that learns from his/her mistakes should alway be given a second chance. I, for one,am willing to give him that chance to develop a high-potential project such as Crater Lake. Pierre Neatby, now Imperial's Prez & COO, will ensure that the operation's side of the Crater Lake ledger will be well managed. Good luck to Guy and Imperial.
