RE: IPT "the real thing" Just got the documents on the annual general meeting. I always look at the salaries of the primaries and note that for IPT it is adequate, but certainly not gross like so many. They say they rely heavily on incentive shares, which seem to be priced right. And their share structure is excellent. They have not seemed to have rewarded themselves too handsomely. All in all I am impressed, and I did not set out to be--just browsed the document and it looked good.
I do note CDS & Co. hold 78.31% of outstanding shares. I would like to know more about them.
