iSign will embed its software and an antenna into SelectCore's Veriphone point-of-sale terminals. iSign estimates it has the ability to reach an average of about 1,000 mobile devices within proximity of each of its installations.

The agreement will be initially for three years, with an automatic renewal of three years.

The companies estimate that a fully deployed network has the potential to generate $10 million in revenue annually from advertising and anonymous mobile analytics.

SelectCore's share would be 80 per cent of revenue and iSign's would be 20 per cent.
