He knew it wasn't going to close all along. He prolonged it... March 22 2013 said the private placement is progressing towards a satisfactory completion. The tad tid bits of it closing piece by piece was an attempt to get the price higher and mayb the other investor would get interested... Thats how i interpert all this fiasco. Now that its behind us tho, we can move on.
