RE:RE:RE:Why are we still halted ???I'm sure each ISD had that same thought Blig but the point is IF ISD did not meet their obligations they will be held accountable.   We will soon see what ISD did or did not do, if guidelines or regulations were breached or not and the market will react acccordingly.  Frustrating - definitely ! 
I had envisioned any current HALT to be associated to a major contract signing .....period !  
Just have to wait and see how it all plays out before getting bent out of shape.
