Not really an insider. It is the person that they bought the last portfolio of contracts from in August.

The he big insider, Roger Plourde has been buying shares in last placement in August and in open market.

This company is undiscovered and this is great buying opportunity. Smallcapdiscoveries picked Hamilton Thorne and that is looking strong close to .50 cents, was picked at less than .17 cents.
