What is next?

Hello guys, I'm new here.

I am wondering even if we decline the offer (the shareholders) what will happen next? The management team doesn't look like they want to benefit the shareholders with this proposal.. It looks like we are crush in the middle.. if the shareholders accept we get the premium, if we declined we are still with the same management team..
