Why are you so negative? Are you a Shorter or just misinformed?  The June 17 KNEIC transaction was 20,000 @ $0.03 = $600 total.

Further, there has been only one other Insider Sell this year versus 12 Insider Buys. Suggest you take your obviously unwarranted negativity elsewhere,
