JK.v with another great move as the company will be expanding to Thailand via GrabKitchen. Here's some details:

- Location will be in the Phayathai area of Bangkok near a busy commuter rail hub
- Southeast Asian on-demand food delivery market is experiencing a high annual growth rate of 14% - market set to reach $49.7B by 2030
- Grab is a leading super app in Southeast Asia based on gross merchandise value in 2021

While short term market sentiment isn't great, with JK continuing to expand internationally I like this as a long term play
