Old management did not know how to open a mines.  New management seems to know how to open a mines, but have diluted the stock a bunch.  I suppose that is why the stock is not moving with all of the news.

True.  The old Cobalt mine was genius as we were all presaging the future. Electric vehicles, will come, will come, will come, and they did.  However, now the future tells us EV's will came, but sans Cobalt.
