Miners do not practice updating the NAV in this way. It may even be illegal. Otherwise a company could have 35 revisions over a few years. Once in a while they wlll comment on the favourable gap but  seasoned investors and analysts are already well aware of the  trend. Also.  If you did a NAV based on $50 cobalt it might justify  a quadrupling of the NAV.  In reality, if

No.  Companies do not update a feasibility study when commodity  prices change. They would need to update costs unless the study  was very recent.
