Special dividend?
Last year I received a nice 25 cent per share special dividend. With the huge cash balance I wouldn't be surprised to see another one. It was declared last year on Dec 22 and was payable on Feb 10 to shareholders on record as of January 6. This could explain the increase in share price as investors may be anticipating this. Could it go even higher with an announcement?

I have high confidence that there will be another similar special dividend announced soon. If there is no such announcement, I will be very pleased as it will suggest that they have something better planned for the cash - hopefully an acquisition or a substantial internal investment for growth.

I would agree as well. If not this year, then next year for sure.

The market may have anticipated that no special dividend may come our way. Either way, it's a good sign and a strong buy under $2.
