Very undervalued...

I'd like to share a blog I wrote back in September about Jite. Here is the link:
https://caps.fool.com/Blogs/my-two-latest-investments/448324

Also, I asked the CFO a few questions this week regarding the company. Here are his answers:

1) Are there any analysts covering Jite?
Currently there is no analyst covering Jite or McVicar periodically. Two weeks ago in a management meeting management of the companies have decided to start looking for such analysts coverage and the possibility to line up some professional IR firms to promote the companies. But at this moment the answer to your question is NO.

2) Are there any investor presentations available for prospective investors?
In the same meeting mentioned above we decided to update the presentation (a booklet or a brochure) about the companies. At this moment the printing outs of the companies are not updated enough to give out to investors.

3) Where do you see sales trending for this FY?
In the year 2010, there has been growth of salesfor Jite. As discussed in the MD&A. The total annual sales for 2010are expected to be around 30% or more increased over 2009.However, the gross margin has been down from around 31% to 28%,partly due to the increase in copper material price. So for Jitethe annual profit is expected to be slightly over 2009. For McVicar, the salesfor a core subsidiary's products have been increased in total, but due to thesuspension of moving of a subsidiary (Changlong, as seen on the notes tothe Q2 2010 consolidated financial statement), the total annual sales willbe slightly lower than 2009. We expect the annual profit for McVicar (notincluding Jite portion) will be approximately the same as 2009 as well.

4)Is there a plan in place for the new plant?
Management is actively looking for opportunities and we are close todetermining two projects there but at this moment we cannot disclose and we willdo so through news release once we think proper.

Look for revenues to be close to the 20m mark this FY.

Might not be undervalued for much longer.  Looks like the asks have completely disappeared.  We just took out the 52-week high and could soon be looking at a significant gap-up to a valuation that is much more reasonable given the strength of this company.Overall, a great Xmas gift from the team at Jite - Happy Holidays!-K

Yes, finally our patience is being rewarded, at a no better time nonetheless! The level 2 is very interesting, with Research Cap doing all the buying the last few days, and Union (Jite I assume) creating a floor of bids underneath at .59.Like I stated in the past, this stock went up towards $3 with very similar illiquid volume in the past.  Also, are financial metrics have improved quite a bit ...more

Yes Bays, it appears we are the only two on this board, but something tells me that is going to change in 2011.Merry Xmas and here's hoping that we all have a happy and prosperous New Year.-K
