RE:RE:NEWS: strategic review and new business, $1 is coming1. Aren’t they paying down $8m of that debt from recent sale?
2. Many companies do strategic reviews that end up with a transaction. So
little liquidity here and so underfollowed, a sale is a smart way to surface value.
3. They sold two smaller brands for 1x. They kept the larger, high growth brands, which you think would be worth more.
4. Will they still lose money post restructuring? Show us your analysis.
5. Wall Mart win must have a positive influence on the price.
6. They recently added a board member with experience in M&A, so not surprised of this review.
