NRs can be submitted days before and timed for exact release. This one was submitted before they announced the delay in financials but someone forgot to cancel the originally scheduled NR reminder about the CC.

CC ain't happening today. Only question I have is...is the auditor really behind or have they in fact found a buyer and are finalizing an agreement? Guess we will find out in a week.
