i estimate revenue of GOveggie about $20m before acquisition
JTR acquired it at $23 m,including debt, a little above 1x revenue. Now JTR market cap is only $21.9 m, JTR only has to sell Goveggie alone to be equal to the market cap. And Goveggie has 4400 walmart stores to sell. This is to show how undervalued JTR is.

one more thing. JTR issued 7 m shares at $1.37 to do the acquasition. So the acqusition price is much lower than $23m now. 7X1.37=9.59, 7 x 0.29=2.03. 9.59-2.03=7.56. at present price, JTR profit $7.56 m if it sell it again at same price of $23m.

This is a great entry point - value of this company has to be realized soon. Likely will never be what it should, but has to hit much higher levels than we’ve seen this past year.
