i expect JTR recovers to 0.20 in a couple of months. fair value is 0.40.

How is it worth $0.40? The ceo is a complete disaster and should step down. The board is ineffective. The major shareholders are worthless. Complete mismanagement and a disaster. The debt will keep eating away at the equity because Matt just isn’t a capable CEO. If he steps down, maybe the stock rallies. I’ve been a long term shareholder but I think I’m throwing the towel.

i agree CEO should be fired. the big mistake started when it recalled Love child products .That put JTR in severe financial difficulty and many other bad things followed. The entire company should be sold long time ago and now. CEO is not very intelligent and without any business sense.  But there is intrisic value here. CEO did not want to sell entire company because he wants to keep his job ...more

Agree. With sales at 10x market cap, something is wrong. So yes, there is value. And yes, CEO took too long to realize they had to change strategy. I think we should join forces and adopt an activist approach.
