Teleradiology is the process of providing remote off site reading of radiology scans such as computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound (US), and X-ray. Hospital staff scan their emergency room patients, then page the Company’s radiologist on call, who can then remotely view, via secured server, the images and diagnose the patient and provide a report back to the hospital. The Company focuses primarily on critical care for urgent and emergency patients. The Company provides telehealth solutions to client hospitals and imaging centers through its Teleradiology division, as well as in-person radiology services through its Independent Healthcare Facilities (IHF's). The Company operates approximately eight IHF’s.

I private messaged you, couple days ago. It's all good. This is not where I put my cash. Yes I see he filed the 15d report. I don't think this guy is smart enough, I'm guessing he relies on Sandra Hall to help him pull it off. He does not have the legal background with securities law! I just believe that there's another card up their sleeve going by the news promoting around town. I think there will be another bump before it's all over. That's all I was saying. And I can see MEDD getting a bump during this as well.
