RE: 711666 and SOR insider buying (oiljack 14)There is a difference IF the CEO bought the stocks on the open market at MARKET PRICE (ELO)!, or by a CEO buying his options or warrants way below market value.
There is also the head fake by some Insiders with a bundle of stocks bought in early cheap prices that have a lot to lose and try to stimulate interest in their stock hoping to liquidate! You have to figure out the motive!
