What SOR/GTRE sellers are missing

What SOR/GTRE sellers are missingThe idea of about 5000 BOD, net about 2000 BOD each to GTRE & SOR, from just one well, doesn't seem to have registered with sellers, let alone the idea that there may be three (joint) wells going at Putumayo, by Jan. 2008. Based on a recent phone conversation I had, trucking costs for Putumayo oil will run no more than $5/barrel, which means, at $75 crude, assuming a discounted selling price of $60/barrel for the average 28 API Putumayo crude, that net cash flow for both SOR & GTRE, from the first Putumayo well, will be, conservatively, over $100,000/day. Both companies should see revenues, in 2008, in excess of $100 million, just from Putumayo development. While this is going on, next door neighbor Venezuela descends into virtual chaos, with declining production, and prices keep going up. The mess in Chavezville should greatly enhance the value, of all juniors operating in Columbia's favorable environment. Worth noting : there is currently a field development in the Llanos basin trucking 18,000 BOD. No pipeline needed, yet.
