Can anyone explain why this individual seems to be manipulating the share price to keep it down. e.g. Today they buy 100 shares at 4.11 pm @ $5.05. Then at 5.59 pm they sell 100 shares @ $4.82 Could it be that this person likes losing money or is there an ulterior motive??
