If I were an insider and knew that the project had a good or great chance to be successful, I would want to keep the SP low and buy as much as I could on the market to enhance my holdings. Posting my buys as an insider would be just fine. Very few check insider buy/sells IMO . DC1 appears to have experience in this field and he may be just posting an educated opinion. IMHO PE is too classy an act to be doing anything on any board
He has been interviewed many times and comes across as a ceo who knows his job and tells the interviewer what he knows and what he thinks might happen. The potential of KDI so far is just the tip of the iceberg. More areas to drill in the future which are known to have good potential. Proving up what is known is the prudential path. The rest will follow in due course. All IMHO .
