ICP Securities
I had not heard of ICP Secutities before Royal Helium hired them on February 9th. At that time RHC share price was 15cents after being at 30 cents in October. Since then they have failed to get their Steveville plant up to speed on reasonable timeline, and they have done a surprise bought offering at 9 cents with significant dilution. Shares are now at 7cents.
We will see after a few months if ICP on my microcap shares is 1-1 or 0-2.
Meanwhile I am enjoying the bounce today.

ICP will receive a fee of C$7,500 plus applicable taxes per month, payable monthly in advance.
