tax credits

it appears that the company has defered income tax credits  of 5,797,933 as of the end of 2019 fiscal year.   So even an empty shell has inherant value if they were to find a sutible buyer for it or a winning prodject , the tax credits dont start expireing till 2027. Get us shareholders a higher price than .005 cents.
