Kidoz Inc./ TSXV: KIDZ: Announces preliminary/unaudited 2022 revenue and EPS

Our analyst opinion:  2022 revenue was up 14% YoY, but 7% lower than our estimate, due to softer ad spending. Due to increased sales/marketing/R&D expenses, net losses increased YoY from $0.2M to $1.4M, vs our forecast of $0.4M in net profit. We note that KIDZ reported YoY revenue growth in Q4-2022, when most ad-based tech companies reported revenue declines.
