I really did no expect this to hold up as well as it has after the Roll back.    It is certainly not the Norm.  especially with the low average volume.
      
     I expect it's because of some big pocketed private investors who firmly believe in the company future. and are holding as a long term investment.
  Institutional ownership is listed as only 8%       Certainly great for those who are invested here.

I think it is more than just the big pocketed private investor here...a lot going on with the company and like I said in an earlier post..Stellar is getting its ducks in a line for an uplisting. Also making  great progress with their planned KLH expansion and the contracts with Amaran, Neovacs, and Araclon. Need a great report from Amaran/OBI in the coming months and we should take off...OBI
