Robert Carrington has owned this patented claim (ALPHA) since 1983, I believe. He had never done any underground exploration until Kermode came along and gave him an exploration advance under the letter of intent. One other company had an option on the claims around 2012 and they got some high-grade in an old dump (5,000ppm Ag) and then worked another target up the hillside, first doing MMI geochem and then drilling (no significant results).  I believe we have done more exploration as due diligence under the LOI than the project has ever had before under his ownership. Why would he do a deal with us after that?
